Amron Services is lead by Mark Owen. A Chartered Quantity Surveyor, Mark has over twenty years’ experience in construction and project management in Barbados, the Caribbean and Latin America. Mark’s extensive career covers the whole construction spectrum including quantity surveying, project management and property & construction value advisory services.
Mark is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS), the Barbados Association of Quantity Surveyors and is a qualified Mediator.

Alain is a businessman who recognizes the value of collaborating with the right people, providers and companies to achieve best in class results. Having managed countless projects across various industries, he has developed the attention for detail which each project deserves. Alain comes from an insurance and property management background – advising and managing individual properties and multi-unit facilities with short and long term rentals. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Business Management from Ryerson University in Toronto, Canada.

Anthony brings decades of experience in the financial and regulatory industries to Amron Services. He is a Valuations Surveyor and seasoned project manager for residential and commercial clients. His detailed oriented nature lends itself to fund monitoring for developers and financial lenders and due diligence reporting. Anthony has recently added his Certificate in Real Estate to his Bsc Accounting from the University of West Indies and Masters of Business Administration in International Business from the University of Birmingham.

Rebecca is a diligent account manager who enjoys the details along with exceptional customer service. She assists in executing on the finer details with our contracts, projects, billing and administration. Rebecca is known within our team and client base for her ability to work quickly, error-free and seemingly accomplish tasks magically. She holds multiple degrees from York University in Toronto, Ontario while excelling as a University athlete. Rebecca is an indispensable member of Amron Services.

Martin is our principal contact person at our recently incorporated Grenada Office. He is a qualified Quantity Surveyor who has a tremendous amount of experience in contract administration, civil engineering construction and building construction. Prior to joining our team, he worked in Barbados and other Caribbean territories for several years with some leading civil engineering and building contractors in the region. Martin has PMP certification and is also a member of Project Management Institute (PMI).
